Echo reports contain standardised scientific terminology in accordance with national guidelines set by the British Society of Echocardiography. Results are treated in the strictest of confidence. On your request results can be forwarded to your own doctor too. If you are already under a cardiologist, we recommend you still attend all your future cardiology appointments including Echo and ECG appointments.

•   Self-Funded / insurance funded - Informal verbal feedback at time of scan and formal report within 3 days. Results sent to patient directly and can also be forwarded to relevant doctors if requested
• Doctor referred - Formal report will be forwarded to referring doctor within 3 days
